Having lived in Virginia since 2015, Laura brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Before transitioning into counseling, she worked as a teacher which allows her to draw on her background to incorporate developmentally appropriate strategies in her work. With a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University, Laura is well-equipped to offer tailored support that meets the unique needs of each client.

Laura is an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), specializing in supporting clients and families affected by ADHD. As an ADHD-CCSP, Laura offers valuable resources, practical strategies, and consultation services to families seeking greater understanding and support.

Outside of her practice, Laura, a proud mother of two teens, is often found immersed in seasonal sports activities. Whether she's cheering on her kids at baseball games, track or swim meets, she loves being a supportive presence at any athletic event. When she's not on the sidelines, Laura enjoys taking walks with her dog Moose or unwinding with a good documentary.
